Single Player Lua Script Game

Clarence of Arabia takes place right when Bedu Sheikh Sherif loses in battle, stranding his accountant, Clarence, in the desert. Clarence must find gold in the desert to buy passage back to America. The player plays as Clarence and must mine for gold in the rocky patches of the desert while avoiding desert bandits. When Clarence collects enough gold, he gets to go home.
Clarence of Arabia was created by modiying an existing Lua game, Lua Quest. I wrote save and load functions, made my own terrain tiles in Adobe Photoshop CS, edited the existing combat system, wrote a gold collection function and wrote a win condition function.
